When making a complaint please include the following information:
(1) Date of the complaint
(2) Name of the person or company making the complaint
(3) Nature of the complaint
(4) Short description of the complaint

Wallich is committed to provide a prompt resolution to a complaint. We will confirm acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 10 business days and provide a response to the complaint within 8 weeks of receiving the complaint.
